As a member of the automotive fabric team, the Account Manager will be responsible for key account management, new business pursuits, and customer support. The role includes :

• Leading key growth and account management initiatives in assigned product lines & customer basis
• Supporting the development & execution of specific customer strategies in support of, and in collaboration with regional, global sales strategies and goals
• Establishing & growing solid relationships with key customers including purchasing, engineering, and other relevant functions
• Supporting tech shows, technical presentations, and marketing efforts at OEM, Tier and internal customers
• Building Lear internal relationships with key global engineering & commercial team members
• Traveling as required to customer plants, fabric plants, and other locations
• Supporting overall fabric organization through various reporting, system and other functions
