Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our team. This role is the heart of our client experience—supporting policyholders, handling service requests, and ensuring each client feels valued and protected. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding policy questions, changes, billing, and claims support.
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements in agency systems.
• Communicate effectively with carriers to resolve client service requests and confirm changes.
• Educate clients on coverage details, policy language, and available options—without overselling.
• Track and follow up on open activities, ensuring all service tasks are completed on time.
• Assist producers with quoting and policy reviews when needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files in accordance with agency standards.
• Uphold agency service guidelines to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
