Job Title : Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) – Full-Time, Permanent

Location : Jacksonville (Jax Beach), Interlachen, Deland, Gainesville, Arlington, St. Augustine, Daytona, Palatka, Crescent City, Flagler Beach – Florida

Start Date : ASAP – Immediate Openings Available

Pay : $75.00 – $150.00 per hour (+Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates)

Duration : Permanent

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) to join our team across multiple Florida locations. This full-time, permanent role offers competitive pay, a generous sign-on bonus, and an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance

Qualifications

Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

Licensure : Valid Florida State Board medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Relevant primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills

Required Certifications

State Board Certification (Florida MD or DO license)

DEA Registration for prescribing medications

Basic Life Support (BLS) – current and valid

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – preferred
