Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Polson, MT 59860 (Montana nursing jobs) Facility : Critical Access Hospital – LDRP Unit Contract Length : 13 weeks (January 5, 2026 – April 6, 2026) Shift : Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (19 : 00 – 07 : 00) Weekly Hours : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,340 - $2,510 Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Patient Ratios : 1 : 1, 1 : 2, 1 : 4 Charting System : Epic Scrub Color : Any (OR scrubs provided) Parking : Free on-site Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Montana or Compact RN license (required at submission) Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (LDRP experience preferred) BLS and NRP certifications (required) Proficiency with Epic charting system Ability to float to other hospital units as needed Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years Strong clinical skills in circulating for C-sections, labor and delivery, sterile vaginal exams, and triage of obstetrical patients Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care for mothers and newborns across all phases of OB care in an LDRP setting Assist with labor and delivery procedures, including circulating for C-sections Perform sterile vaginal exams and triage obstetrical patients Document patient care using Epic electronic medical records Float to other units for tasks such as IV starts and phone coverage as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams : Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy Provide care for neonates, infants, and adult patients Participate in wireless fetal monitoring and utilize JADA device for postpartum hemorrhage management Work weekend shifts as required; self-managed schedules evenly distributed among staff Experience the best of Montana nursing jobs—work in a supportive, state-of-the-art healthcare facility while enjoying the natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere of Polson, MT.
