Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist – Novi, MI Novi Health & Wellness is seeking a reliable and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing health & wellness team. This is a part-time position perfect for a therapist who values quality care, collaboration, and work-life balance in a supportive clinical setting. Schedule :

Monday : 3 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 9 : 00 AM or 10 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Friday : 9 : 00 AM or 10 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

2 Saturdays per month : 9 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

Additional hours available.

About the Position :

You’ll be working alongside a Chiropractor and experienced team to provide therapeutic massages for patients seeking relief from pain, tension, and stress. Most patients are already established and referred directly by the Chiropractor and retiring Massage Therapist. So building a full schedule is supported internally.

Duties Include :

Performing mostly 60-minute therapeutic massages with occasional 30 and 90 minute sessions.

Documenting SOAP notes after sessions

Maintaining a clean and welcoming treatment space

Communicating with the Chiropractor on shared patient care plans

Qualifications :

Current Michigan Massage Therapy License (required)

Proof of liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in a clinical, Chiropractic, or wellness setting preferred

Strong communication and time management skills

Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to patient care

Compensation & Benefits :

Compensation at a per-massage rate starting at $34 per one hour massage (open to negotiation depending on experience and qualifications)

Full compensation for cancellations under 24 hours and no-call / no-shows

Steady patient referrals from within the clinic

Full front desk support and all supplies provided
