We are privately owned, CHAP Accredited Home Health Agency based in Campbell, California. Our founders include 150+ years of highly experienced nurses, healthcare administrators and other professionals in the post-acute industry dedicated to the highest quality clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. We have patients in San Benito, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties and are expanding to Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano counties.
We have an immediate need in Santa Clara County for per diem or part time Speech Therapist.

Compensation : DOE in Oasis home healthcare setting
Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with patients of all ages to help them improve their speech, language, and overall communication abilities.
Duties :
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine speech and language disordersDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goalsProvide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, fluency, voice quality, and language skillsAssist patients in developing alternative communication methods, such as sign language or augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devicesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomesEducate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress at homeMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsExperience :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersValid state license or certification as a Speech-Language PathologistPrevious experience working with patients with communication disorders is preferredKnowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and swallowing functionFamiliarity with various speech therapy techniques and interventionsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesSkills :
