The Aiding Technologies Integration & Test Group at Draper is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to work in a multidisciplinary environment to conceptualize, build, and test advanced electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems for a wide range of applications including GN&C (Guidance, Navigation and Control) systems, defense, space, and other related areas. The emphasis of this role will be on the development of hardware systems. Tasking will include support of the development of test plans and procedures, the design and development process (DFT), analysis and evaluation of sensors (custom and COTS) and sensor performance, and the design, manufacture, and implementation of all required supporting test equipment, fixturing, and test scripts. Program roles will typically be as an Integration and Test Engineer and / or Systems Engineer.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Help define an I&T approach for a particular component / subsystem / system and independently execute plan.
• Contribute high quality content for technical reports and presentations with minimal guidance.
• Adapt appropriately to changes in program requirements.
• Proactively identify needs and concerns associated with plan execution and communicate them to project leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills / Abilities :

Education :

Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.

Experience :

Requires 3-5 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $150,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
