You’ll play a hands-on role in training staff, managing operations, and creating a positive, team-focused environment — all while preparing for your next step toward General Manager.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and motivate team members across both the front and back of house.
• Ensure top-quality food, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
