About the role
This position is responsible for the general maintenance, indoor and outdoor cleaning, servicing production machines, and other equipment in accordance with the Quality Management System and ISO 13485 regulations. This includes routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, this position is responsible for minor maintenance of the building facility, such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical maintenance. Cleaning duties include maintaining cleanliness in work areas, restrooms, and common spaces, as well as managing waste disposal and recycling.

What you'll do
Maintain CNC machines, Sinters, Ovens, Pad Printing, Packaging, Dust Collecting, and Compressor equipment for cleanliness and servicing. Ensure the regular service schedule is completed and in compliance with expectations or regulations.Ensure and maintain the calibration procedures for production machines according to specifications.Document all service records in a manner that adheres to compliance with ISO rules and regulations.Analyze current CAD / CAM files for accuracy. Create new CAD files and make improvements as needed in accordance with product specifications. Document all changes.Organize and stock materials; Maintain inventory of all materials and tools for maintenance.Provide backup support in the operation of CNC and Pad Print machines.Maintain all machines and manufacturing equipment in good condition; report on issues, malfunctions, and defective parts.Perform routine, general maintenance and parts replacement on all production equipment as needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.Utilize fine motor skills and dexterity required to manipulate, and efficiently utilize small lab instruments, tools, and equipment.Operate in a team environment and exercise good communication and collaboration skills.Develop positive and professional relationships throughout the organization internally and externally.Must participate in and complete all required ongoing training applicable to maintaining appropriate job knowledge and to competently perform the job duties for this position according to the Company's Quality Management System.Expected hours of work : Full time, eight-hour shifts : Typical hours are Monday through Friday beginning between 7 : 00 am – 8 : 00 am. Half-hour lunch break. Occasional weekend or holiday hours may be required as needed.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Electrician, Mechanic, Machinist certifications and / or a combination of formal work experience that would provide relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.Ability to learn and understand production, and maintenance procedures and to read and understand formal Work Instructions pertaining to the QMS, and User Manuals to operate CNC and other manufacturing equipment.Prior working knowledge of machinery, electronics and mechanical devices required.Excellent hand-eye coordination; ability to work with small parts.Fine motor skills and ability in using tools (e.g. mandrels) and operating machines (e.g. Compressor, Dust Collecting, CNC milling, Sinters, Ovens and Pad Printing).Analytical skills and attention to detail.Other preferred : Formal safety certifications.
