  • About the Role

    We’re looking for a  Business / Operations Analyst  who can blend business insight, data analysis, and strategic thinking to help shape the future of our growing healthcare technology company.

    You’ll work at the intersection of  data, operations, and strategy —digging into client and internal datasets, surfacing insights, and helping answer key questions that drive how we deliver value to healthcare providers, patients, and partners.

    You’ll also play a pivotal role in developing and refining our  operational dashboards and reporting tools , ensuring that we—and our clients—have the right insights to make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis & Monitoring
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to monitor delivery performance and Customer Success KPIs.

  • Develop, maintain, and validate performance measurement models and dashboards and ensure accurate tracking across systems.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data processing and computational workflows.
  • Ad Hoc Customer Success Analysis
  • Respond to urgent and ad hoc requests for CS-related analysis, delivering clear and timely insights.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
  • Internal Business Operations Analytics
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze operational data and optimize processes.

  • Continuously improve internal reporting and forecasting models to support business decisions.
  • Ideal profile / qualifications

  • Management consultant with 2-3 years of experience and wants to transition to internal role OR
  • Experience on an internal strategic finance, corporate strategy, business operations, data analyst for a SaaS or services-oriented company.
