Our welcoming ENT medical office in Daly City is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Support who brings warmth, organization, and professionalism to every interaction. You’ll greet patients, manage check-ins, ensure EMR accuracy, collect balances, and support two providers and our caring team.

You’re the kind of person who keeps things running calmly and efficiently while making patients feel at home. Full-time, Monday–Friday (9 AM–4 PM) — no weekends, no overtime. Medical office experience preferred; Tagalog, Chinese, or Spanish a plus. Join a supportive team that values kindness, precision, and long-term stability.
