Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Location : Jacksonville, FL - Remote

Pay Range : $70 - 80 per hour

Duration - 6+ months

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Experience in implementation projects - minimum 4 end-to-end experiences
• Experience in US and Canada Oracle HCM Cloud payroll processes, Oracle Cloud payroll configurations, cost accounting related configurations, and GL posting related processes
• Proficiency in Payroll fast formulas, user-defined table configuration, and value set configurations
• Knowledgeable about cost account setup and experienced working with the Finance team for costing reconciliation
• Working experience with the technical team to prepare functional design and mapping for integrations
• Prior experience with clients in the relevant industry is a MUST for this position
• Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory in the field of Computer Science
• Good communication skills – Reading, Writing, Oral, Inter-personal
• Self-directed and Pro-active (be a “consultant”)
• Willingness to work across time-zones as required by the engagement
• Collaborate with the Finance team for cost accounting and reconciliation tasks
• Work with the technical team to ensure accurate functional design and integration mapping
• Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud payroll configurations and related processes
