Supply Chain Or Industrial Engineering Intern

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering Intern for the Strategic Purchasing department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.

The intern will participate in the Contractor Management Application (CMA) implementation project. They will assist with integrating the newly inhouse IT built system and how it impacts vendor relationships, vendor tracking, KPI management and other functions to improve the overall Contractor Management process.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the implementation of the CMA and provide a smooth transition to end users.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and other improvements for the CMA to provide users access, awareness, and compliance.
• Assist office and field operations teams, including the drilling and completions team, with other procurement / supply chain requirements.
• Gain an understanding of best practices in purchasing and strategic sourcing.
