About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll use your technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties . You’ll ensure work is done to code, maintain high safety standards, and provide an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial plumbing systems .

Install, maintain, and replace pipes, fittings, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems .

Identify and troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and system failures to prevent breakdowns.

Interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics to plan installations and repairs.

Inspect high-pressure water, gas, and steam systems for safety and performance.

Accurately document service calls and submit estimates through the company CRM.

Provide clear, upfront pricing and ensure full customer satisfaction before completing jobs.

Maintain a clean, well-stocked service vehicle and uphold company standards on-site.

Participate in weekly safety meetings and regular inventory inspections.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional plumbing experience (residential service & maintenance preferred)

Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Basic cost estimating and change order experience

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Journeyman license (preferred)

High school diploma or GED

Working Conditions

Field-based role with regular local travel
