Title : Maintenance Technician

Pay $30-$33 hourly

Location : Montville, NJ

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment and the facility in optimal working conditions. This role supports operations through expertise in mechanical systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment installation, modifications, and troubleshooting. All duties must be performed in alignment with our quality and productivity standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• PROMOTE AND PROVIDE A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL ASSOCIATES.
• Demonstrate a commitment to RRITE values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment as required.
• Provide timely maintenance support across all departments.
• Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and process related deficiencies using electrical / mechanical skills. This includes performing general maintenance duties to encompass all facility related equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment such as : press, baggers, sealers, conveyors, printers. Ensures their proper care, use, and storage.
• Preventive Maintenance and repairs : manufacturing support equipment : air compressors, boilers, fans, pumps.
• Maintain accurate records and manage parts inventory.
