Salary Range : $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage patient care needs throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring a seamless progress toward discharge.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering and coordinating patient care provided by the caregiving team.
• Ensuring competent and compassionate care for patients, hospital staff, and referring facilities in various settings.
• Participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) to enhance your skills and career trajectory.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to progress from novice to competent within the specialty, with opportunities to advance to proficient or expert status.

This position requires a strong understanding of patient care standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, in compliance with HIPAA and Albany Medical Center policies.
