Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled CaseAware Production Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coding and sequencing within the CaseAware Case Management System, with a strong ability to optimize workflows and ensure seamless system performance. This role will play a critical part in supporting our case management processes by leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, configure, and maintain coding and sequencing processes within the CaseAware Case Management System.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement tailored solutions in CaseAware.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure efficient case management operations.

Monitor and optimize CaseAware workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Provide training and support to end-users on CaseAware functionalities.

Document processes, configurations, and updates to maintain system integrity and compliance.

Qualifications :

Proven experience with coding and sequencing in the CaseAware Case Management System.

Strong understanding of case management processes and workflows.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
