Personal Injury Defense Trial Attorney

• Admission to NYS Bar is required.
• Duties to include, but are not limited to :
• The ability to handle a large caseload from inception to conclusion;
• Trial experience is required.
• The attorney will be required to appear as necessary in the Supreme and Civil Courts in various counties, including the 5 Boroughs, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester.
• Ability to review and analyze medical records, prepare reports to carriers, and provide verdict and settlement values;
• Conducting and defending general liability and motor vehicle accident depositions as necessary.
• Drafting discovery and Summary Judgment motions.
• Knowledge of TABS-3 Billing program is a plus, but will train;
• Proficiency with a computer, Microsoft Outlook, and Word is required.
• Salary range is $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 and is commensurate with experience;
