CNC Programmer

Job Description : Insight Global is seeking a CNC Programmer. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled CNC programmer to support machine operations with an emphasis on programming and proving out prototype parts as well as production components.

Job Type : 6 - month Contract

Required Skills & Experience

• The roles requires expertise in Esprit (CAM) to generate and optimize programs for OSP and Siemens controls.
• Candidate will program for Okuma horizontal long- bed lathes with live tooling, Okuma vertical ram- style lathe with milling capability, and DMG 5-axis mill turn centers.
• Proven CNC programming experience in a production / job-shop environment.
• Proficiency with Esprit CAM and SolidWorks CAD
• Strong knowledge of OSP and Siemens CNC controls preferred.
• Experience with multi-axis turning and 5-axis mill-turn programming.
• Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing, and process optimization
