Reliant Management -

Reliant Management Group is an established Medical Billing/Consulting COMPLANT providing services to Skilled Nursing Facilites. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) MEDICAL BILLER who can work independently and efficiently but also work well with the rest of the team, able to multi-task and be extremely organized.

Biller Responsibilities include, but NOT limited to:

Prepares claim data for transmission to Managed Care
Review and process payment denials
Organizes billing and re-billing materials
Produces reports and aging from billing system to provide feedback to management.
Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Skills/Knowledge:

Full knowledge of how to bill Managed Care and follow up
Experience with billing all payers, including but not limited to Medicare A & B, Medicaid (MCO), HMO, and Hospice
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and internal personal skills
Must be proficient in the billing process and timeliness of billing
Detail oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of admissions process and insurance verification process
Work efficiently with Point Click Care (PCC) program

Basic Qualifications:

Have experience working with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Managed Care / HMO's
Be able to make independent decisions and/or consult management as needed
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have at least 3 years of SNF experience as a Business Office Manager or Assistant Business Manager

Candidates must have prior office experience in medical billing.

Compensation to reflect experience.
