What You Bring

To excel as an Assistant Store Manager at Waxberg's in Niles, IL, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience in full-service retail or a related field. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders as needed.
