Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative Content Creator & Content Manager to lead content development for our new associate-facing mobile app. This role will be instrumental in shaping the associate experience by delivering engaging, informative, and inspiring content that supports our associate experience strategy of earning associates for life. The associate app is designed to be a one-stop platform for communication, inspiration, productivity, and engagement, empowering associates with tools, resources, and recognition that drive performance and connection.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned with the app’s five focus areas : Development, Recognition, Communication, Community, and Winning Spirit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Learning, Marketing, Retail Ops, RX, eCommerce, Mechandising) to ensure content supports business goals and resonates with associates.
- Establish and enforce governance standards for content created by divisions or departmental teams.
- Manage and maintain expectations by setting and documenting clear processes, timelines and quality standards for content contributions from divisions.
Content Creation & Management
Write, edit, and publish content for app features including announcements, bulletins, onboarding tasks, learning, recognition messages, career opportunities, and storytelling.Create content that celebrates associate milestones, fosters team connection, and reinforces company values.Support campaigns that promote inclusion, recognition, and career development.Manage interactive content such as quizzes, gamification elements, and knowledge checks to drive engagement.Maintain and update content across app modules including chat groups, surveys, FAQs, and performance dashboards.Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and optimized for mobile experience.Monitor usage and engagement metrics to assess content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Use data insights to refine messaging and enhance associate experience.This position will be based in Boise, ID.
