Applicant must be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Ultimately the bookkeepers' responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. Responsibilities to include :

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
• Process accounts receivable & payables including invoicing, deposits, and collections
• Prepare payroll functions in a timely manner
• Reconciling bank accounts and credit card transactions
• Job Costing
