Job description

Neurology opportunity in Conway, SC

  • Located 10 miles from Myrtle Beach
  • 325,000 person population

Position Details :

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • H1B visa candidates welcome to apply
  • Primarily outpatient clinical role with inpatient responsibilities
  • Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs : 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-12pm)
  • Protected administrative time (5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week)
  • 36 patient contact hours / 4 admin hours
  • Call Schedule : 10 days per month, supported by telemedicine and a tele-stroke program
  • Cerner EMR
  • Average Patient Volume : 18-22 patients per day
  • Demographics : Patient Demographics : Adults with a wide range of neurological conditions.

    • Scope of Work :

  • Visit Types : General neurology consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic testing.
  • Typical Procedures : EMG, EEG, nerve conduction studies, and Botox injections.
  • Support Services : Telemedicine for consults, EMG tech onsite, and a tele-stroke program in place.

    • Compensation :

  • Sign-on Bonus : $30k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition.
  • Competitive Compensation : Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU bonuses
