Sunbelt Staffing seeks a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Tyler, Texas. This role is ideal for critical care professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during night shifts.

Assignment Details

Location : Tyler, TX

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights, 312 hours (19 : 0007 : 00)

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in an ICU setting

Perform frequent assessments, monitor vital signs, and track hemodynamic trends

Operate and manage ventilators, infusion pumps, arterial and central lines, and telemetry monitors

Administer medications, including vasoactive drips and sedatives

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and allied staff to implement patient care plans

Communicate effectively with families and support them through critical situations

Ensure accurate documentation, infection control, and adherence to ICU safety protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state

At least 2 years of recent ICU experience (medical or surgical ICU preferred)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS a plus)

Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills
