Medical Center is seeking locum Otolaryngology (ENT) coverage, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. They are open to short-term locum options for now, but the long-term goal is to secure permanent coverage. DETAILS Dates of Coverage : Starting October 10, 2025 On site presence during daytime hours (consults and emergency room call) off site call for nights, but could get called back in. Reason for Coverage : Group discontinuing coverage. Practice Setting : Hospital-based. Call Ratio : Everyday needs to be covered. Trauma Level / Designation : Level I Trauma Documentation System / EMR : Epic Number of Exam Rooms : NA Number of Otolaryngologists in Practice : None Description of Support Staff : None Patient Age Demographic : Eighteen and older only What Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical : All hospital based. Surgical Procedures Required : Tracheotomy Submission Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years after finishing) - REQUIRED Active DEA - REQUIRED Active OH license (willing to accept providers needing to obtain state license) - REQUIRED BLS and ACLS - REQUIRED
