Manager, Joint Use and Permitting

A company is looking for a Manager, Joint Use / Permitting.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage joint use agreements, pole attachment applications, and permit requests with utilities and third-party entities

Review and track pole attachment data, license requests, and make ready work orders to ensure project deadlines and compliance

Negotiate and execute joint use contracts and attachment agreements in alignment with company standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred

15+ years of experience in joint use, permitting, right-of-way, or utility coordination

Experience working with joint use portals (e.g., NJUNS, Alden One, or equivalent)

Strong understanding of pole attachment processes, NESC standards, and right-of-way requirements
