This LPN position is in adult medicine.

Location : 7061 Grand Montecito, Las Vegas, NV

No weekends, nights, or holidays required.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Collect and document patient information including vital signs, chief complaint, medication review, allergies, health risk screening, extended care benefits status, and more.
• Provide clinical interventions such as administering medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by the provider within your scope of practice.
• Manage patient communications via phone calls and messages.
• Work collaboratively with the team to determine the best actions and assign responsibilities for resolution.
• Monitor patients with chronic diseases and verify extended care benefits eligibility and status.
• Anticipate the provider's needs for patient exams and treatments in conjunction with the RN.
• Assist the RN in coordinating and executing patient care plans.
• Support colleagues by performing various tasks and training medical assistants.
• Ensure compliance with lab quality control management, crash cart maintenance, narcotic count, and other clinic requirements.
• Collect necessary medical information to present cases to ITDs as needed.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.
