Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to children in the comfort and safety of their homes and schools. What Youll Do

Provide individualized one-on-one care to pediatric patients

Follow and document the patients plan of care

Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition

Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team

Provide emotional and physical support
