Proactively communicate project status, ask thoughtful questions, and flag risks early. Support project flow and timelines with strong coordination skills. Execute electrical or mechanical designs using industry codes and company standards. Ensure every detail aligns with project scope and compliance requirements. Utilize software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, vendor platforms). Translate designs into clear 2D / 3D drawings using established drafting protocols. Deliver designs that reflect accuracy, clarity, and intention. Perform detailed self-checks to ensure your work meets quality expectations. Share knowledge and elevate others through training and feedback. Contribute to improving design processes and best practices. A proactive communicator with a passion for high-quality design. Someone who thrives in collaboration and takes ownership of their work. A detail-oriented thinker who balances structure with creativity. Experience with Revit / CAD required ; background in mechanical or electrical design strongly preferred.
