Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $85,000–$90,000 annually , consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 15, with a full pay range of $84,613.30 to $127,028.80 . You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 5% of your annual salary , prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.

What We’re Seeking

A leader to steer the Supplier Quality and Co-Pack Quality Programs, ensuring they not only meet but exceed SQF and internal standards. This role demands a strategic approach to developing and tracking KPIs, efficiently managing team resources, and driving performance improvements.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Strategic Leadership

• Drive and implement the Supplier Quality and Co-Pack Quality Programs, ensuring alignment with SQF and internal standards.
• Oversee the implementation of the SQF sensory program and improve its effectiveness using internal and external resources.
• Maintain SQF compliance systems across all EAS facilities with support from the FSQ team.
• Drive required improvements to the SQF system to maintain compliance.
• Facilitate collaboration across facilities and the FSQ team to integrate FSQ programs and processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for Supplier Quality and Regulatory Compliance.
• Manage team resources effectively, including budget allocation, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving team performance and achieving departmental goals.
• Monitor team performance metrics and make adjustments as needed.
