Who We're Looking For :

This position is NOT entry-level. We are specifically seeking inside sales professionals who :

• Have at least 2 years of successful inside sales experience , ideally in an inbound high-volume or call center environment
• Consistently meet or exceed quotas and are motivated by performance-based earnings
• Are skilled at consultative selling, uncovering customer needs, and closing on the first call
• Excel at working with CRM platforms and using data to drive results
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively
• Can upsell and cross-sell without sounding scripted or pushy
