As a part of the Telecare Family, Garfield Neurobehavioral Center is a 56-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) providing medical, nursing and rehabilitative services to individuals who have a neurobehavioral illness as well as a mental illness. Garfield primarily serves adults between the ages of 18-64.
Employment Status : Part-Time
Shift : Thursday AM 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm - Friday & Saturday 9 : 00pm - 5 : 00am
Days : Thursday - Saturday
Position Summary
The Laundry Aide ensures that the facility is supplied with sufficient linens so that members served care can be provided by the Nursing Department.

Physical Demands
The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to sit, kneel, twist, reach, do simple and power grasping and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual deviation, repetition and dexterity and to be exposed to Hazardous Exposure (Blood Borne Pathogens, Hospital Waste, Chemical & Infectious). Visual requirements include computers and books exposure.
