As the Hotel Chief Accountant, you will oversee all aspects of financial management and accounting operations within the hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, implementing internal controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Your leadership and expertise will ensure the hotel's financial success and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Financial Management :

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets.

Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

This position has a salary compensation ranging from $69,900-$104,700.
