Inside Sales Agent Opportunity

Learn to build the foundation for a successful real estate career while working alongside a team of top producers. This Inside Sales Agent opportunity is a stepping stone toward becoming a skilled Listing Agent, giving you the structure, coaching, and support needed to master communication, lead generation, and conversion.

You’ll engage with new and existing leads, connect with motivated buyers and sellers, and learn proven methods for nurturing relationships that lead to listings and sales. With direct mentorship from experienced professionals, you’ll develop the confidence and skill set needed to transition into full production as a Listing Agent.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+

This commission-based position offers rewarding commissions and the opportunity to grow in a team environment focused on accountability, consistency, and long-term success.

Compensation :

$100,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

    • Qualifications :

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
