Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - NICU Philadelphia, PA

Seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This full-time role offers a balanced mix of frontline care, procedures, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Position Highlights :

Join a dedicated NICU team of 8 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners
Weekend shift : primary provider for 8 NICU patients (7 : 30 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m.)
Night shift : on-call with attending neonatologist and pediatric resident (4 : 30 p.m. 7 : 30 a.m.)
Expected procedures include : intubation, UVC / UAC, PICC, arterial / venous blood draws, IV placement
Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 30 beds
