Job descriptionMinimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor . Proven success managing K–12 (ISD) projects and municipal / public sector projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area . Experience with data centers is a strong plus. Procore experience required — must be proficient in daily use. Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and client relations. Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred. Must currently reside in the DFW metroplex (no relocation or sponsorship available). Good working tenure, not a job hopper. Job Description
Well-established General Contractor specializing in K–12 education, municipal, and public sector construction projects across the DFW metroplex. Our team values collaboration, integrity, and results — delivering high-quality projects that serve our communities.
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, and submittals.
- Ensure adherence to contract documents and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and project reporting.
- Mentor and guide project engineers and support staff.
- Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and communication.
