What You'll Be Doing

• Greet and guide prospective residents through tours, phone calls, and digital inquiries
• Deliver excellent customer service with timely follow-up and support
• Assist residents by scheduling maintenance requests and keeping accurate records
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
