Position Overview : We're looking for motivated junk removal pros who can handle everything from small pick-ups to full property cleanouts. This is a hands-on role where you'll quote jobs, sell services, and complete the workindependently or with a small crew. The more you hustle, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities :

• Load, haul, and properly dispose of unwanted items, junk, and debris
• Perform home cleanouts, appliance / furniture removal, yard waste, etc.
• Interact professionally with clients and provide on-site quotes
• Maintain a clean vehicle and job site
• Handle jobs solo or with a crew member, depending on the size
• Practice safety, care, and respect for the property at all times
