Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Clinical Educator Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Staff Position Summary : Provides clinical instruction for interns according to radiology practice standards. Performs radiographic procedures in accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures. Education & Experience Requirements : BLS certification. Licensed in the state of Delaware Associates Degree in related field. Two year Radiologic Technician experience to include clinical rotation in a hospital or diagnostic imaging center setting. Must complete Point of Care Testing training as part of Department Orientation. Essential Functions and Responsibilities : Demonstrate a complete working knowledge of all radiographic equipment within the department Performs all routine radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures including surgical and portable examinations as assigned Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal. Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members. Able To Withstand Crisis Situations. Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors.
