Job description

Urgent : 2 X FM Physicians needed in Northeast Arizona Location : Northern Arizona; Critical Access Hospital / Clinic; Navajo Reservation / Indian Country; beautiful scenery : hiking, road & mountain biking, cross country skiing, running, photography, and more Coverage : 8am - 5pm, very occasional Call Ongoing need; 6 week to 3 month minimum commitment Requirements :

Active, unrestricted AZ license for Job 1, Active unrestricted license in Any State for Job 2
Board Certified in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine may be acceptable if able to see Peds)
Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
Commitment of 6 weeks to 3 months minimum
Committed to rural and underserved healthcare
Able to provide excellent care with limited resources
Compassionate, mission-driven practitioner, comfortable and / or experienced working in rural Indian Health

Travel & lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
