The Human Resources (HR) Manager assists with staffing and talent engagement initiatives at the plant level, partnering closely with the Plant General Manager to align local HR priorities with broader business objectives. This role is essential in creating a positive workplace culture, ensuring that staffing meets operational demands, and supporting compliance and safety. The HR Manager collaborates with talent acquisition for direct hiring and works with local staffing agencies to fill temporary positions. Additionally, the HR Manager brings a strong understanding of labor and employment regulations, communicates effectively, and upholds MCC's Core Values and True Colors. Why work at MCC :
