ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stewart Lamb - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintain quarterly quota of 40 policies and $37,500 in sold premium on a ROLLING 3-month lookback basis.Call upon and / or meet with prospective clients for the purpose of presenting insurance proposals and selling insurance policies.Sales Calls :Salesperson will call all leads given to sales producer.
Salesperson will follow pipeline working directions / instructions using the agencys lead management system.Salesperson will utilize the calendar in the lead management system to clear or attempt to clear their calendar every day.Sales Appointments (including phone appointments and personal calendar tasks / calls)Prepare Folders for Appointments Complete all Needed Paperwork to Close Sales.Quoting Build quotes in company system if not delegated to Marketing staff.Referrals - Call referrals these are warm to hot leads.Telemarketing / Lead Generation if / as needed to generate leads in slower times.Any other possible administrative work and tasks directed and instructed by other tenured staff, management, supervisors, etc.QUALIFICATIONS :
Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Experience in customer service or sales preferred.Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.COMPENSATION :
Base pay of $13 / hr, with unlimited commission potential.Expected annual earnings of $35-70k.Commissions are as stated below :$0 to $12,000 in premium sold = 3% commission of premium sold.
$12,000 to $17,500 in premium sold = 4% commission of premium sold.$17,500 to $22,500 in premium sold = 5% commission of premium sold.$22,500 to $27,500 in premium sold = 6% commission of premium sold.$27,500 or more in premium sold = 7% commission of premium sold.Life Insurance sales = 20% of annual premium.Commercial sales = 6% of annual premium.
