Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Stafford, NJ. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and providing preventive care. They will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Ensuring clear communication and continuity of care are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Skills in managing chronic conditions and providing preventive care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
