Workday Reporting Analyst

A company is looking for a Workday Reporting Analyst to transform HR and workforce data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards

Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday reporting, advising on tools and structures to meet business requirements

Collaborate with HR and technology teams to deliver high-quality data insights and manage reporting needs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, including Report Writer and Compensation reporting

5+ years of experience with Excel, including advanced formulas and data validation

5+ years of experience managing workflows using cloud-based tools

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Data Analytics, or related field preferred

Workday Certifications (Pro or Implementer) highly desirable
