Responsibilities :

Coordinate and expedite international shipments (ocean, air, land, rail).

Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with U.S. and foreign trade laws.

Collaborate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain audit-ready files and support internal / external audits.

Develop and train teams on SOPs and trade compliance practices.

Serve as primary contact for global partners and customers.

Stay current on import / export regulations and process improvements.

Working hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage import / export operations with minimal supervision. This role ensures compliance with government regulations and company policies while coordinating logistics activities across multiple departments and partners.

Education : Bachelors

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

BA / BS and 3+ years experience or 7+ years equivalent in logistics, international trade, or related field.

Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Experience with SAP or global trade systems.

Knowledge of APHIS, CBP, USDA, and related regulations preferred.

Experience with agricultural or chemical products a plus.
