Position Summary
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at our Bay Area office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure a seamless front-desk experience while supporting general office administration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors and clients upon arrival; manage registrations, parking, and escorting as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Independently plan and coordinate team-building and internal office events.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure daily operational readiness.
- Coordinate food and drink orders for meetings and office events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Provide onboarding and offboarding support for new hires and departing employees.
- Support physical security activities , including guard coordination and alarm system testing.
- Assist with other administrative and facility-related duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
7–10 years of receptionist or front-office experience within the Bay Area tech industry.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.Positive attitude and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.Education
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Why Join
