ARS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler to provide support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC / HBD), Theater Battle Control Division.

The Theater Battle Control Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Tactical Air Control, Air / Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air / Missile Defense, and Mobile / Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities. This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to :

• Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO
• Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)
• Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success
• Support requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management
• Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

Citizenship : Must be a US citizen

Clearance : Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance

Education : Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline

Years of Experience : 10+ years of experience, with at least five years supporting DoD programs and Advanced understanding of scheduling tools to include Microsoft Project

The expected annual salary range : $125k - $135K. Salary is dependent upon the role, associated responsibilities, candidates experience and qualifications to include education / training and key skills.
