Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are actively seeking a dynamic, innovative, and detail-oriented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This permanent role requires knowledge and experience in air distribution, ventilation, automation, controls, design, development, construction, QA / QC, LEED, BD+C, and ASHRAE standards. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems focused on air distribution, ventilation, and heat rejection.
• Utilize BIM software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.
• Implement automation and controls in mechanical system designs to improve efficiency and performance.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct QA and QC checks throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on LEED, BD+C, and ASHRAE standards and incorporate them into designs where applicable.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional development.
