Job descriptionExcellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills Previous customer service, sale or related experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Fun, friendly and flexible individual Willing to work as a team player Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention Promotes memberships and programs Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations. Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.

Part-time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.
Available Hours
- Weekdays - 5pm to close
- Must be available Saturday and / or Sunday
